Guides / Integrations

Connecting your first integration

Integrations are usually the step teams are most nervous about — and usually the fastest part of a rollout in practice.

What we need from you

Read access to the system you’re connecting, and roughly thirty minutes with someone who knows where the data lives. xlabs OS doesn’t require write access for most integrations at first — it reads and indexes, then you decide later which workflows should write back.

What happens during setup

The integration framework maps your system’s fields to the platform’s internal schema, with a review step before anything goes live. For common systems (major policy admin platforms, ERPs, CRMs) this mapping is mostly automatic; less common systems may need a short working session with our integration team.

After go-live

Most teams run an integration read-only for the first two weeks, watching the indexed data against the source system before enabling any workflow that acts on it. This isn’t required, but it’s the pattern almost every customer settles on.

See it running on your own work.

Bring one real process. We'll show you what xlabs OS does with it in a 30-minute session.
