How does billing work?
Monthly, per workspace. Your base tier and any modules are billed together on one invoice — no separate contracts per module.
Can I switch vertical later?
Yes. Switching from SME to Insurance or Manufacturing (or between the two) is a configuration change, not a migration — your existing data and modules carry over.
Do add-on modules require the base plan?
Yes, every module runs on top of the base platform — there’s no way to run a module standalone, since they share the same Agents, Knowledge and audit layer.
What happens above 30 users?
Above 30 users, pricing moves to a custom Enterprise quote — still anchored to the same published per-tier bands, just scoped to your exact seat count and module set.
