Choosing your first module

Every team asks the same question after the base platform is live: which module first? Here’s the framework we walk customers through.

Start with your busiest queue

Whichever team has the longest backlog right now — support tickets, claims, leads — is where automation pays back fastest, because volume is already proving the demand. Add the module that serves that queue before anything else.

Resist the urge to bundle on day one

It’s tempting to add three modules at once during onboarding momentum. Don’t. Adding one module, measuring its impact for a full cycle, then adding the next gives you a clean before/after for each — and makes it obvious which modules are actually earning their subscription.

Let Customer360+ be the exception

If you’re going to break the “one at a time” rule, Customer360+ is the module to break it for — nearly every other module performs better once records are unified, so it’s rarely wasted even if it’s not your most urgent need.

See it running on your own work.
