Today we’re launching xlabs OS for Insurance — the same core platform running Manufacturing and SME deployments, configured specifically for claims intake, underwriting and policy management.
Why a configured core instead of a separate product
Every insurance-specific AI tool we evaluated before building this made the same tradeoff: deep vertical features, but a closed box that couldn’t extend past its original use case. We took the opposite approach — one core platform (Agents, Knowledge, Workflows, Requests, Vault) with an Insurance configuration layered on top.
That means the Policies, Policy Gap Analysis and third-party integration modules you get on day one sit on the same audit, access-control and governance layer as every other module — nothing insurance-specific is a special case.
What’s live today
- Unified policy and claims records via the Policies module
- Automated coverage gap detection
- Native integration to policy admin, claims and medical aid systems
