Shift handover is one of the oldest unsolved problems on a plant floor — critical context written down by hand, in a binder, that the next shift may or may not read closely before starting.
xlabs OS now indexes shift notes, non-conformance reports and specs into the same Knowledge layer everything else runs on, so an incoming shift lead can ask “what happened on line 3 last night” and get a real answer instead of flipping pages.
How it works
Notes captured through the existing intake channels — voice, text, or a scanned handwritten sheet — get parsed, indexed and cross-referenced against the relevant specs and non-conformance history automatically. Nothing new to learn; the binder habit still works, it just also becomes searchable.
