Every action an agent takes on xlabs OS — a claim escalation, a lead routed, a report generated — now exports as a timestamped, attributable log entry your compliance team can pull without needing engineering in the loop.
What’s in an export
Each entry includes the triggering event, the decision the agent made, which policy or rule governed that decision, and the outcome. For anything routed to a human — which any above-limit or ambiguous decision always is — the export includes who it was routed to and when they acted on it.
This has been the single most-requested feature from our insurance and manufacturing customers since launch, and it’s now on by default for every workspace.
